This group Camp Lo released arguably one of the best hip hop albums but was heavily slept on in 1997. The album titled " Uptown Saturday Night " has a jazzy sound that brings you into the 70's New York funk era. Almost like a Bronx, NY Outkast feel but with even more funk. Their videos are made to look older than the time they were actually released to coincide with their musical styles. We hope you enjoy today's Throwback Thursday.
